ReLoad Service Details
- Initial consultation with you to develop custom backup scope and schedule (identify files to backup and determine backup schedule and file revision requirements)
- Physical media upload, if requested, for large initial backup
- Install, configure and initiate our ReLoad software on your local system
- Private encryption key generation, retention and storage
- Monitor online backups daily and communicate the status of your online backup
- Implement ReLoad configuration changes based on customer needs (add/modify backup sets, revision history changes, add additional computers, etc)
- Periodic storage space evaluation and reconfiguration to optimize storage space
- Perform periodic proactive procedures to ensure that your backup data is complete, accurate and ready to be restored when needed
- Assistance with partial or full backup file restores as needed
- If necessary, restore backup files to physical media and ship to customer location (DVD or CD)
